1： Reasonable use of cooling and lubricating fluid, play the three major roles of cooling, washing and lubrication, keep the cooling and lubrication clean, so as to control the grinding heat within the allowable range, so as to prevent the thermal deformation of the workpiece. Improve the cooling conditions during grinding, such as using oil immersed grinding wheel or internal cooling grinding wheel. When the cutting fluid is introduced into the center of the grinding wheel, the cutting fluid can directly enter into the grinding area to play an effective cooling role and prevent the surface burn of the workpiece.
2： In order to select the grinding parameters reasonably, the fine grinding method with smaller radial feed rate and even fine grinding is adopted. If the radial feed rate and grinding wheel speed are properly reduced and the axial feed rate is increased, the contact area between the grinding wheel and the workpiece is reduced, and the heat dissipation condition is improved, so as to effectively control the increase of surface temperature.
3： Reasonable selection and dressing of grinding wheel, white corundum grinding wheel is better, its performance is hard and brittle, and easy to produce new cutting edge, therefore, the cutting force is small, grinding heat is small, medium grain size is better, such as 46-60 mesh is better, in the wheel hardness, medium soft and soft (ZR1, Zr2 and R1, R2), that is, coarse-grained, low hardness grinding wheel, good self excitation, can reduce cutting heat.
